Step 1:
Make sure member complete the activation form in Member Hub and active their account. If no, advise them complete the form in Member Website first to complete their account activation.

Step 2:
If member complete the form but unable to received the activation email.
Follow article : Intranet: Activate Member Account to help member complete the activation.
Step 3:
If member complete the activation but still cannot login, then is maybe cause by member forgot their own password.
Can proceed to follow article: Intranet: Reset Password / Forgotten Password to help member reset to default password (000000).
