This article serves as a guide for troubleshooting issues when the Receipt printer can't print receipt.
Step 1:
Check the printer.
It's power ON and switch OFF ? If No, switch on the printer and proceed to next step.
Step 2:
Check the iPad WIFI connection.
On the iPad, navigate to Settings > WIFI. Make sure is connected to “StoreHub POS” WiFi. If cannot find "Storehub POS" WiFi name please proceed to Step 3. If YES, please proceed to Step 4
Step 3:
Check the Asus router.
Make Sure Asus router is power ON and Switch ON. After the router is switch on, Go to Step 2 to continue troubleshoot.
Step 4:
Quit the StoreHub Apps from iPad.
On the iPad, double-click the Home button to show your most recently used apps. Then swipe up on the Storehub's App to qui it.
Step 4:
Search the Printer.
Open the StoreHub app by navigate to Settings > Printer. Tap Search Printers. Select TM-T82 - TCP:192.168.1.10 and set to Receipt Printing to enable.
Step 5:
Test Print Receipt
Click the Print Test Receipt and the printer should print out a test receipt.
