This article is to guide you on troubleshooting music playing issue when studio no music.
Troubleshooting Music Playing setting.
Step 1:
Check the Bluetooth Setting
- Navigate to iPad Bluetooth Setting by Settings > Bluetooth. Make sure the Bluetooth is ON and connected to “Logitech BT Receiver”.
- If NO connect or can't find “Logitech BT Receiver” Bluetooth name, proceed to Step 2. If YES, proceed to Step 3.
Step 2:
Restart the Logitech Audio Bluetooth device
- Restart the Logitech Audio Bluetooth device located in the AV Cupboard behind the Reception Counter. The go back STEP 1 to continue troubleshoot.
Step 3:
Check iPad Sound Volume Setting
- Check the sound volume on iPad, make sure is not in mute and try to adjust the sound volume to higher.
Additional Troubleshooting Action: Check the Volume Control console setting.
- Check the volume control console located on the AV cupboard behind the reception counter, the volume of music playing must adjusted as picture below.
