Make a call

    Introduction

    This article serves as a guide for hold a call and let other extension to retrieve the on hold call using phone system in SG Office.

    Note: 
    Line 1: 6684 5082

    Line 2: 6250 2993

    Line 3: 6250 2989


      For PAPX Phone, please refer to Step 1.

     For Uniden Single Line Phone and Tech Phone, Please refer to Step 2.

    Step 1:
    PAPX Phone

    Lift up the handset         ->         ->  Dial outside phone number      -> Talk

    Step 2:
    Uniden Single Line Phone & Tech Phone

    Two option to choose
    a. Select Call out line automatically (Automatic Line Access)
    b. Select specified call out line

    For Example:
    I want call out using 6684 5082(line 1), so I need to Off-hook the phone, then dial 81, follow by outside phone number that you want to call.
