Retrieve a Hold Call

    Introduction

    This article serves as a guide to retrieve an call put on hold (General Call Hold) by another extension using phone system in SG Office.

    Note: 
    Line 1: 6684 5082

    Line 2: 6250 2993

    Line 3: 6250 2989


     For PAPX Phone, please refer to Step 1.


    &   For Uniden Single Line Phone and Tech Phone, Please refer to Step 2.



    Step 1:

    PAPX Phone

    Press the flashing CO button to answer the on-hold call.



    Step 2:

    Uniden Single Line Phone & Tech Phone.


    1. Need to know which line is on hold from other extension, then pick up the handset and dial #59 and follow on-hold line number.
