Meeting Room Booking

INTRODUCTION:


This article is guide for how to make a meeting room reservation.


Step 1:

Select New Meeting as show in diagram below in outlook.

         


Step 2:

Fill out the meeting room detail : Subject, attendees and meeting date & time.




Step 3:

Choose meeting room location by click :-

  • Location -> Select which meeting room need to book  -> Click the room button  -> finally click OK.



Step 4:
Click the SEND button to send out the meeting schedule or reservation.
