Intranet: Lesson Booking Issue

    Introduction

    This article is to guide you on how to use ABC Intranet when receiving feedback from members that they cannot make or view reservations on Member Hub.


    How to use intranet to solve lesson booking issue?

    Step 1:

    Go to ABC Intranet (Link as below based on country) and log in using your ID and Password.

         SG: http://intranet.sg.abc-cooking.studio/

         MY: http://intranet.my.abc-cooking.studio/

         TH: http://intranet.th.abc-cooking.studio/

         HK: http://intranet.hk.abc-cooking.studio/

         ID: http://intranet.id.abc-cooking.studio/


                



    Step 2: 

    After successful login into intranet, navigate to Abbey Enhancement > Lesson Booking Issue




    Step 3:

    Enter Member ID and Search. Click "Change Status" button of the course name with status "Not Reservable". Not Reservable means that they will not be able to book or reserve for their next lesson.
