This article is to guide you on how to solve when having problems when key in the contract for members.
For Example, Member #1234 purchased 2 x Bread Basic 16 Times. When you key in the contract to Abbey, only manage to key in 1 x Bread Basic 16 Times and when key in 2nd Bread Basic 16 times, you will find that you are unable to select that contract.
How to solve can't Key In Second Purchase Course Contract into Abbey System?
Step 1:
Go to ABC Intranet (Link as below based on country) and log in using your ID and Password.

HK: http://intranet.hk.abc-cooking.studio/
ID: http://intranet.id.abc-cooking.studio/
Step 2:
After successful login into intranet, navigate to Abbey Enhancement > Contract Key In Problem.
Step 3:
Click "Change Status" button of the contract that you cannot key in for example Bread basic as picture below.
