Intranet: Extend Member Expired Contract

    Introduction

    This article guide you on how to extend member's expired contract or package in Abbey using ABC Intranet.


    How to Extend Member Expired Contract/Package?

    Step 1:

    Go to ABC Intranet (Link as below based on country) and login using your ID and Password.

         SG: http://intranet.sg.abc-cooking.studio/

         MY: http://intranet.my.abc-cooking.studio/

         TH: http://intranet.th.abc-cooking.studio/

         HK: http://intranet.hk.abc-cooking.studio/

         ID: http://intranet.id.abc-cooking.studio/

                           

                


    Step 2: 

    After successful login into intranet, navigate to Abbey Enhancement > Extend Expired Contract





    Step 3:

    Enter Member ID and Search. Then click on "Extend" button of the contract. A popup field will be shown and need to key in "Extension Date" and "Remark".

              *Extension Date: The date you wish to extend until.

              *Remark: Reason to extend this contract.
