Sign Up an account in ABC Ticketing System

    INTRODUCTION:


    This article is guide for you on how to register an account in Zammad to start submit ticketing in this system.



    Register an account in Zammad


    Step 1:
    Open an browser like Google Chrome and enter this link: https://support.abc-cooking.studio

    Step 2:
    Choose the button "SAML" to register your account.

                    

    Step 3:
    Key in your company email account or email the using on Microsoft Team to register your account
                      

    Step 4:
    Follow by the email password that you using to login to your email address.

                       

    Step 5:
    Accept the permission requested.

                      

    Step 6:
    Once accept, you already successful create an account in Zammad Support Ticketing Tool.
