    INTRODUCTION:


    This article is guide for how to login using Single Sign On (SSO) in Zammad Support Ticketing tool.


    Login Using SSO


    Step 1:
    Open an browser like Google Chrome an enter this link: https://support.abc-cooking.studio

    Step 2:
    Choose the button "SAML" to register your account.

            

    Step 3: 
    Insert the password of your email. (same with the password you login to email or Microsoft Team)

             

    Step 4:
    You are successful login to Zammad Support Ticketing Tool
