How to solved when member complain about can't make reserve on Member Website ?
Step 1:
Make sure the lesson menu that member want to book is not reserved by her/him before.

Step 2:
Make sure the status of contract that member want to book is in Reservable mode.
Refer to article: Intranet: Lesson Booking Issue for the guide to change the status from Not Reservable to Reservable.
