Troubleshooting: POS not sync to back office

Introduction

This article serves as a guide for troubleshooting issues when the POS sales data not sync into Storehun Backoffice.

Step 1:
Check the iPad WIFI internet connection.

On the iPad, navigate to Settings > WIFI. Make sure is connected to “StoreHub POS” WiFi. If cannot find the "Storehub POS" WiFi name please proceed to Step 3. If YES, please proceed to Step 4
              

         

Step 3:
Check the Asus router.

Make Sure the Asus router is powered ON and switched ON. After the router is switched on, Go to Step 2 to continue troubleshooting.

                             
         


Step 4:
Check Internet connection.

On the iPad, open Safari to try to browse google.com to search for something. If cannot search, please process to Step 5 to continue troubleshooting else submit ticketing to IT.

Step 5:
Check the network switch.

Make sure the network switch is powered ON. Check the power based on the picture below. Make sure the network switch got light and the power is switched on.

                            


Step 6:
After the network switch is powered on, the POS should be able to sync data from BackOffice. Else please submit a ticket to IT.
