This article is to guide you on how to open video on TV 8 located on the outside that facing escalator.

Refer to Article: TV Mapping in Westgate Studio to differentiate the TV's location.

Step 1: Turn On PC

Turn on the PC as the picture below and make sure is connected to the internet. WIFI name: ABC

    

Step 2: Open Video on TV.

Take the TV remote control and go to the TV there.

Press Home on remote control and navigate to Media -> Video

Step 3: Choose Media Server.

Choose a media server that you want to play.

*Noted: If can’t find media server in this step. Please refer to Troubleshooting: Certain TV Display Issue in Westgate Studio.

                         

Step 4: Select a Video file to start playing the video.
