Create a ticket through ABC Ticketing System

    INTRODUCTION:


    This article is a guide for the flow on creating or submitting a support ticketing to IT or Marketing.


    Create a Ticket in ABC Ticketing System


    Step 1:
    Open a browser like Google Chrome and enter this link: https://support.abc-cooking.studio

    Step 2:
    Login into the system.
    For detail refer to the article: Login to Zammad Support Ticketing Tool

    Step 3:
    After login, you will see the screen as below. Click on the " + " to submit a new ticket.


    Step 4:
    Insert your ticket detail. Then click "Create" to submit your request.

    TITLE                 : the title of the problem you want to raise up.
    TEXT                : Descript your detail in this field. 
    GROUP              : The group that you want submit to.
    ISSUE TYPE      : the type of issue for this ticket.
    STUDIO             : the studio that facing this issue.

    **Noted: If ticket involves approval process. Please select the “Manager” group.
