INTRODUCTION:
This article is guide for how to follow up your submitted request. For example: -
- Add information to your request.
- Make your ticket status to close if your issue has been resolved.
- Reply additional information request by agent.
Follow up your ticket.
Step 1:
Open a browser like Google Chrome and enter this link: https://support.abc-cooking.studio
Step 2:
Login into the system.
For detail refer to the article: Login to ABC Ticketing System
Step 3:
Click on that ticket that you want to follow up on or make a change. Ticket detail will be shown in the diagram below.
You can always refer to your ticket status whether more information is required from the assigned agent. Refer to Step 4 on how to reply messages.
OR
Your ticket submitted is resolved, you can mark the ticket as closed. Refer to Step 5.
Step 4: Add additional information to your ticket
Write the additional information that your want to add, then click the update button to send out.
Step 5: Change ticket status.
Change ticket status to closed once your issue has been resolved. Or change the request issue type. Finally, click Update to update the status.
