No Internet/Network in Westgate Studio

Step 1:

Restart the Internet Router in Studio.

**Internet Router is located on the Cupboard beside the Member Check In Counter**


  • Power OFF the Cisco Router then on the router back after 5 – 10 min. 
         

          ** Note: For the Cisco router, the power plug as picture below. **

                               



Step 2:

Switch ON the devices you switch off just now.

Wait around 5 to 10 min, then power on the Cisco Router.

  • Normally after restart need wait around 10 – 20 min for the network to recovery and back to normal.
