Check Your Ticket / Request Status

    INTRODUCTION:


    This article is guide for how to check you submitted request status or your organization submitted request.


    Check Your Ticket Status


    Step 1:
    Open an browser like Google Chrome and enter this link: https://support.abc-cooking.studio

    Step 2:
    Login into the system.
    For detail refer to article: Login to ABC Ticketing System

    Step 3:
    1. My Open Tickets: Show all the open tickets that you submitted.
    2. My Organization Open Tickets: Show all the open tickets that your organization's staff submitted.
    3. My all tickets: Show all tickets that you submitted before. Included close tickets.
    4. My Organization all tickets: Show all tickets that your organization's staff submitted before. Included close tickets.

    Step 4:
    You can refer the state of the ticket whether its new, open or closed state. or using colour code in front of your ticket.
